Please plan to join us on Wednesday, December 9, from 1-2 P.M. Pacific time as CERV presents another in its series on Special Topics in Emergency Preparedness, on Emergency Readiness for People with Disabilities, Access and Functional Needs.


Leading this “Zoominar” will be Elsa Quezada, the recently retired Director of the Central Coast Center for Independent Living, and Sarah Blackstone, a speech language pathologist with extensive experience in both emergency readiness and disability research and practice.
